No shirt. No shoes. Assault! That’s what happened at a convenience store in Omaha when a guy came in and tried to get out with a few cases of beer. Surveillance video showed the scene near 13th Street and the Interstate 80. Just after two o’clock on the morning of April 23, the suspect arrived in an SUV and then drove into the convenience store. He wasn’t wearing a shirt or shoes and the clerk seemed to say something to him. But he ignored her and went straight to the beer. He picked up a few crates of Modelo then headed for the front door. The employee attempted to arrest her, leading to a fight where she suffered a bloody lip and facial injuries. She stopped him enough that he dropped all the beer, went back to the SUV and drove off. shorts and a blue mask. The SUV he was in is blue, maybe an ’06 or ’07 GMC or Chevy. It had tinted windows and gray fender guards. .

Investigators believe he could be in his early 20s, around 5ft 10in and 160lbs.
He wore long red “NIKE” shorts and a blue mask.
The SUV he was in is blue, possibly a 2006 or 2007 GMC or Chevy. It had tinted windows and gray fender covers.
