PUMA x Porsche launch new collection of RS 2.7 suede trainers, limited to just 500 pairs

The 500 pairs of each sneaker represent the first 500 Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7 models for sale.
This year marks a special occasion for the Porsche brand, it is the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the iconic 911 Carrera RS 2.7. Defining itself as a legendary chassis in motorsport, Porsche enlists other industry-leading partners to commemorate the chassis developed on the track for use on the road. PUMA salutes Porsche’s milestone by launching an all-new, limited-edition Porsche Suede RS 2.7 collection, featuring ten unique shoe designs that mimic the classic factory color combinations of the Carrera RS production series.

The timeless PUMA Suede serves as a blank canvas for the special limited edition release, limit each colorway to just 500 pairs with additional incentives included directly from Porsche. A minimalist, low-profile design incorporates leather and suede into each upper with ‘Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7 Limited 1 of 500’ proudly stamped on the heel of each sneaker. With a fast feel and strictly limited release, the PUMA x Porsche Suede RS 2.7 features the same appeal as the current Porsche model from the early 1970s. Along with the opportunity to own a piece of Porsche history, Owners of PUMA x Porsche sneakers will get free entry to the Porsche Museum until the end of 2022. While all colorways prove perfect for any collector or enthusiast, two of the styles (Orange/Black and Grand Prix White/Black) are exclusively available in the Netherlands and Japan.
